Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box with the label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
